Fathers Franciscan, the protectors of Calvary,
give access to sightsee the place everyday between the
first and the last morning mass from Monday to Saturday
at 7:30-7:00 p.m., on Sunday and holidays at 7:00-7:00p.m.
The monks give organized groups tours (even without reservation).
Individual tourists will get the monastery keys to the
chapels (with the ID showing). The visiting with a guide
does not take place in the church fetes time but the chapels
of Calvary are open for pilgrims. In order to get the keys
or further information you should call to Franciscan's
monastery gate on Reformatorów 19 Street.

Before going to Calvary's route you should
visit Franciscans
monastery Church and you should step
to a small museum in
the XVII century crypt under the reformers church.
Franciscans show you around the crypts which are available every day at 9:00-12:00
and 2a.m.-5p.m. except mass time. For the guide you should call to monastery's
gate.
Calvarias route
The whole route is 4,6 km long and the
time you need to cross it is about 2,5 hour (look
at Calvary map).
We offer the most popular
among tourists the route of the Cross which takes up 15
chapels. The sightseeing begins by the monastery church
and then the trail leads on Monastery and Park Street next
to the Przebendowski's Palace (the seat of the Literature
and Cashubia-Pomerania Music Museum), which is worth sightseeing.
Then we go Wybickiego street or through the city park next
to the amphitheater, we cross Marynarki Wojennej Street
and we reach the first chapel of the Cross to Piłat's Palace
and then to Cross elevation, First Fall, Meeting with the
Heavenly mother, Cyrenejczyk, St. Veronica. On the last
part the trial climbs up to the Golgotha's Mountain passing
the chapels: The Gate of Tears, The crying women, The third
fall of the Christ, Christ's exposure, Cross hammering
in, The church of 3 Crosses, Taking off form the Cross
and Christ's Grave.
